Job Description
Drafter / Job Captain
We are seeking a Drafter / Job Captain to become a part of our team! You will prepare detailed CAD and Revit drawings for job sites in the fueling and convenience store industry.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare CAD drawings of site plans
- Prepare permit applications on behalf of clients
- Review and modify red line comments from various agencies
- Provide timely updates for drawing completion and workload
- Work closely with Project Manager and President
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in drafting, preferably in architecture, engineering, mechanical/electrical/plumbing or fueling disciplines
- Familiarity with permitting and entitlement processes
- Proficient with CAD, Revit and related software
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple project simultaneously
