Bank Manager - Oralabor/Ankeny

The Bank Manager is responsible for all daily branch sales and service activities. They provide coaching, training, observation, and feedback to direct reports. They will ensure that client service standards are maintained and will handle client problem resolution when elevated by their staff. The Bank Manager implements a progressive sales program, incorporating the entire team, to achieve established production goals. It is the responsibility of the Bank Manager to develop a diversified and skilled team for the future. The Bank Manager will call on and develop small business clients within their market.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or other related area preferred.

Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in lending and depository account production, extensive supervisory experience in a sales or banking environment, sales and sales management training and motivational skills preferred. This position requires S.A.F.E. registration at the time of employment.
