Confirmation Call Center Manager

America’s number one growing acrylic bath company, Luxury Bath of Wichita, Kansas is looking to hire an experienced Confirmation Call Center Manager in our Wichita, KS office. Qualified applicants will have excellent computer and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, be available to work evenings and weekends, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues.

We have an excellent compensation package for this position that includes a salary and bonus opportunities.

Job duties include:

  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Hire, train and manage Call Center Representatives
  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
  • Customer Service
  • Manage sales reps schedules
  • Achieve weekly and monthly quotas
