Hire Dynamics is currently recruiting for Customer Service / Inbound - Call Center Representative jobs in San Antonio, TX. We are looking for inbound call center customer service representatives with a passion for delivering exceptional caring customer service support to its clients. This is a temp to hire position. Responsibilities and requirements for this Customer Service / Inbound - Call Center Representative job include:
- Flexible to work between hours of operation - Mon- Fri (6am - 7pm) some programs may include Saturdays
- Must have at least a minimum of 2 year customer service experience (6 months of call center experience preferred)
- Handle incoming customer calls validating caller and processing request for optimal resolution on the first call
- Zero absences during training - Must ensure you are able to be present during training
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Type a minimum of 25 wpm
- Must be able to complete a client specific background and drug screen
Pay: $10 / $11 (bilingual) - Additional incentives can be earned based on productivity up to $1.50 per hr.
