Voyageur du Temps - IMMEDIATE OPENING – Baker

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Meet daily production goods to company standards quality, timelines, visuals etc.

-Prepares food items prior to and during meal time periods. Responsible for food stock rotation and level.

-Responsible to undertake the weekly Health & Safety checks, in accordance with Breads

Bakery policy and procedure.

-Responsible to ensure cleanliness and Food Hygiene standards complies with legal regulations.

-Maintains work areas in a sanitized and orderly manner in compliance with state health and safety regulations.

-Maintains food product inventory and notifies supervisors of any shortages.

-Mixing, shaping, baking dough, cleaning machinery and packaging of finished product.

-Assists kitchen staff with duties as needed.

-Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have passion and drive to create high quality baked goods.

Ability to take direction.

Able to communicate effectively.

Must be bright and energetic with great attitude and work well with others.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and able to stand for 8-10 hours.

Flexibility with scheduling hardworking

Must be a quick learner

Familiar with daily oven and baking experience.
