Store Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Will direct overall store operations, focusing on exceptional customer  
  service. 
- Maximize sales through timely and accurate marketing and promotional   
  programs.
- Responsible for work scheduling, labor cost and approving payroll.
- Responsible for inventory management and money control systems. 
- Daily banking and handling money
- Maintains standards of store safety and security. 
- Recruits staff and oversees their training. 

The manager position requires constant standing, bending and reaching. Frequent lifting of 1 to 5 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 40 – 50 pounds is required. 
Reports to District Manager
54 hour work week.
