-	Uses technology (e.g. Learning Zone) regularly to help the RGM build and retain strong teams
-	Role models and coaches using the EARS Model (Explore, Analyze, Respond and Making it Stick) to help build the capability of their team
-	Partners with the RGM in completing and executing the bench plan process
-	Holds employees accountable by using the Performance Management process
-	Recognize employees for exceptional performance using personal award and CHAMPS cards to reinforce breakthrough results
