Service Porter

Position Overview

The Service Porter is responsible for guiding customers into the service drive and greeting them and then ensuring that they handed off to a Service Advisor. As a service porter, you will also be responsible for vacuuming customer vehicles and installing disposable floor mats and seat covers. You will also keep the service drive free of vehicles by ensuring that the correct service tags are put in the vehicles and they are quickly parked either outside, or in a technician’s bay. You will be responsible for cleaning the service area when not doing other jobs. Your job is very critical as it allows the department to run more efficiently.

Job Duties

Vacuum, clean windows, and wash customer cars
Install seat covers, floor mats, and service tags
Quickly remove vehicles from the service drive and park in the correct place
Ensure keys are put in the correct location
Greet customers and make them feel welcome
Clean and organize the service area and customer lounge
Ensure that the night drop box is emptied every morning and that the envelopes and pens are restocked
Keep parking lot clean and organized and free from clutter
Clean floors and entry areas to ensure high class customer environment
Maintain and clean coffee bar
Ensure that restrooms are stocked with necessary products and are clean
Assist in picking up and delivering vehicles when necessary

Monday- Friday with every other Saturday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
