About this job
As the busser or barback, your main responsibility will be the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. You will also need to assist your fellow coworkers to ensure a smooth day of service. The responsibilities of the busser/barback position include, but are not limited to, cleaning and sweeping the dining room, resetting each table with full sauce caddies, taking out the garbage, stocking ice in the bar, cleaning the bathrooms, and stocking the bar.
