You are providing the food that Taco Villa has become famous for in West Texas! You will be working closely with another crew member as you prepare orders for each and every customer. Your primary responsibility is to prepare each food item quickly and accurately and to ensure that food is neatly prepared and hot. 

Must be able to work well with someone else.
Must ensure that all items go out according to spec and that all food is neatly prepared and hot.
Must have good leadership skills to keep control of the line.
Must have a good sense of time and a good sense of urgency.
Must be able to control waste and ensure that items are made properly to avoid waste. 
Must be able to stand on your feet for 4-6 hours without a break.
Must be able to clean and wipe your area and close your area quickly and neatly.
