Prep Cook - Full-time / Part-time

As the prep cook you are responsible for making all food items daily to spec by following recipes closely. You will make beans, meat, guacamole, salsa, shred cheese, etc. 

Must be on time!
Must be able to follow recipes accurately. 
Must be extremely precise and able to take feedback regarding recipe execution.
Must be able to multi-task.
Must be able to follow all food safety rules and regulations.
Must be able to keep a clean and well maintained kitchen.
Must not deviate from any rules or procedures.
Must be able to understand food measurements such as teaspoon, tablespoon, pint, and cup. 
Must be able to stand on your feet for 4-6 hours without a break. 
Must be able to lift heavy boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
