Food Production Crew

Do you have what it takes to cook and prepare our iconic BIG MAC?  We are always looking for dedicated crew take pride in cooking our delicious food!  Food Production crew members are the ones who make it happen in our kitchen!  Responsibilities of our food production crew team members include following McDonald's food safety and quality procedures to prepare and take pride in food that is delicious and made the way our guests want, as well as maintaining a clean and safe workspace.  It is essential that all members of our food production crew value and exhibit a dedication to working as a team to deliver an outstanding experience to our guests!

For ALL employees we expect: being at work on time for all of your scheduled shifts, a positive attitude of teamwork at all times, and a true passion for WOWing our guests. If you do not feel you can deliver in these three areas, this team is not the one for you.

For Archways to Opportunity, employees can participate after just 90 days of employment and must average just 15 hours/week.
For 401(k), to participate employees must be: 21 years old, be employed for 1 year, and work an average of 20 hours/week.
