Job Description
~~Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Exhibit professional sales associate characteristics, attitude, and behaviors at all times, including, but not limited to: integrity, appearance, decorum, and interpersonal skills.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire shopping experience.
- Assist with store merchandising, visual presentation.
- Respond to all customer inquiries through continuous education of merchandise offered by James Free Jewelers.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but will consider candidates with strong interpersonal skills.
Certificates:
GIA certification/in process of certification
