Job responsibilities of the Product Investigations Documentation Specialist include but not limited to:

  • Support NAFTA and international government responses within the Vehicle Safety and Product Investigations organization
  • Support data management, technical written responses, and communication activities within the internal and NHTSA investigations teams
  • Prepare and submit confidential business information and NHTSA response submissions
  • Manage existing tools and documents (including SharePoint sites, websites, other internet sites, investigation repositories, etc.)
  • Development and implementation of new communication tools
  • Facilitation of bi-weekly departmental training sessions
  • Review of departmental process and training documents
