Job Title: Porter
Reports to: General Manager
Position Summary:
Primarily responsible for providing an inviting environment for the customers by maintaining a neat and clean store.
General Purpose:
Customer Service, Operations, Maintenance
Role Qualifications:
- Must exhibit basic VIBE operational interactivity behaviors in all interactions and communications with customers, associates, and management
- Able to work a part time flexible schedule

Position Responsibilities:
- Provide an inviting environment for the customers by maintaining a neat and clean area
- Use proper machines and materials to effective maintain and clean and presentable store
- Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of customer and associate facing bathrooms
- Establish comfortable connections with our customers
- Adhere to all company policies procedures & safety standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Critical Success Factors:
- Maintain a neat and clean store daily through proper cleanliness techniques
- Drive customer satisfaction through basic VIBE behaviors

- Valued but not required skills and experience:
- Janitorial experience in a retail environment
