As an In House Service Technician you will be expected to:
- Use a logical approach to prompt and effective troubleshooting over the phone to provide the customer with the right solution the first time
- Maintain a courteous relationship with our customers and respond effectively to their needs, via phone and/or email
- Occasionally perform service in the field when necessary
- Efficient mechanical and electric troubleshooting ability
- Understanding of commercial refrigeration systems and their servicing
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
