The Company
Our client is a leading provider of consumer products and is growing at a double digit pace.
The Position
Based in Daytona Beach, FL, the Email Manager will manage our client's email channel communications and technologies to drive sales. The primary focus is to email brand content using the company's ESP with the goal of engaging and attracting consumers to the brand, driving sales, communicating with consumers, and reporting interaction metrics and results. Additional responsibilities include:
Campaigns: development and deployment of programmatic and ad hoc email campaigns in a timely manner to meet acquisition and retention goals for the business ensuring that campaigns, including new product releases, promotions, brand messaging etc., are emailed to consumers meeting the brand level presentation intended.
Analysis: ongoing analysis, optimization and reporting of email campaigns to drive behaviors, maintain engagement and meet business goals.
Collaboration: ongoing scheduled meetings with marketing and ecommerce teams for campaign and promotion development, evaluation, modifications and execution within the email channel including creative, copy and HTML work.
Email Platform: thorough understanding, ongoing study, and adoption of new feature sets of the email platform including operations and integrations with CRM and other platforms.
Consumer: understanding of consumer personas, recognizing and monitoring their behavior and interactions within email campaigns, and reporting learnings and insights to enhance and improve interactions, campaign performance, and future offerings.
Product Knowledge: must have a complete and proficient consumer level understanding of the company's current, recently discontinued, and future products including features, benefits, and technologies.
Research: regular email platform technology and feature set research to stay current with platform evolutions and ensure the company's performance and engagement levels are cutting edge, maximizing returns, and achieving goals.
Brand: develop a deep understanding of the brand and its consumers to ensure all email campaigns support and maintain brand standards in letter and spirit.

The Person
We are seeking an eCommerce professional with the following attributes:
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience managing branded email acquisition and retention campaigns within an integrated software systems environment including CRM solution.
Direct operational experience in a primary ESP with Pardot experience being a plus.
Strong understanding of email best practices and how to translate them into increasing brand email engagement and improving results.
Passion for consumer engagement within the email channel to drive results and meet goals.
Adoption and adherence to brand procedures for consumer communications.
Intrinsically motivated: self-directed and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects and adhering to tight and demanding deadlines.
Strong communication skills and an ability to contribute in a collaborative team environment.
Intuitive grasp of the consumer, and a drive to impact and satisfy customers.
