The Business Development Representative (BDR) will implement an energetic approach to pursuing new customers in an effort to grow new sales. This role is responsible for connecting with potential clients by placing outbound emails and calls to purchasing agents, product managers and business owners. The BDR will identify and research potential customers and present the benefits and value of our company’s service offerings.
This is a full-time position offering a base salary of $35 - $40k and bonuses for achieved goals up to $10k additional. Benefits include medical insurance, dental insurance, IRA with matching employer contributions; employer paid Life Insurance; employer paid long term disability coverage; and paid time off including 2 weeks of vacation, 4 sick/personal days and 11 holidays.
This position is based in our Hampton Falls, NH office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Placing outbound calls and emails (75% of working day)
- Researching and identifying new potential clients
- Assisting customers with basic questions related to our services
- Setting up sales meetings for VP
- Assisting with marketing initiatives and development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be successful in a fast-paced, goals-driven environment that rewards hard work and self-motivation
- Ability to follow documented procedures
- Ability to function in a team atmosphere, appreciate a goal-driven process, and possess superior organization and time management skills
- Outbound calling experience is preferred but not required
- All training will be provided
