We are in search of an Inside Sales Representative [part-time or full-time days] to continue to grow our business throughout Wisconsin.
We work hard to be the FINEST Building Service Contractor in Wisconsin and the leading company in our national organization. Represent our company as a cutting edge service provider and leader in our industry. Our Inside Sales Reps will work out of our Madison, WI office and provide sale support throughout Wisconsin. Successful candidates are those with a proven sales background who truly possess a customer service mentality with the inner drive to find and sign new business.
Responsibilities include:
Prospecting and Networking: in office by phone and email using Salesforce and also out of office visiting potential customers facilities, attending industry-related functions to determine key decision-makers and discuss their current cleaning needs and create the next opportunity to bid
Prepare proposals and Bid presentations: determine needs with the customer and work with your sales team to prepare a proposal with an operational strategy, expectations, specifications and competitive pricing to match
Cold-calling: with an expectation of 20-25 calls an hour with 10-16 appointments set up per week
Competitive base salary plus commissions and sales bonuses. Starting salary based on industry experience, education and other relevant qualifications. We offer benefits to full-time employees on the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.
