Fine Art Lamps is the American industry leader of manufacturing high end lighting designs located in South Florida. Currently, our team is looking for a Director of Contract/Hospitality Sales. We are seeking an experienced Sales professional with a strong background in the hospitality and commercial industries to manage our growing Contract/ Hospitality Sales business.
This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing new strategies to promote our brand, bringing business opportunities related to contract sales and further penetrate the hospitality and commercial industries. This position will become a brand ambassador to our customer base and sales team while building effective sales strategies that support increased brand exposure to ensure continued and consistent growth. He/she will provide pertinent industry knowledge for product development strategies, channel management, and budget allocation as well as identify and cultivate relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, National Hotel chains, Restaurant Groups, and purchasing organizations, etc.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in related field and 6-8 years’ experience working with architects, interior designers and purchasing agents in the commercial and hospitality trades. A background with luxury brands is highly desirable and a definitive plus. Previous management experience along with exceptionally polished verbal communication skills, and outstanding written communication skills.
