Post insurance payments in 2 practice management systems: AllMeds and Epic. Pull Remittance information from multiple sources and online portals. Post payments from EOB's, EFT/ACH, credit cards, and remittance notices. Open mail and post paper checks from insurance and patients. Produce reports to reconcile batched payments. Answer patient calls to take payments, explain statements, provide account ledgers, answer any other questions. Discuss the patient financial responsibility with the patient in office or over the phone. Monitor Trillian's, voicemail and emails, responding in a timely manner. Assist co-workers as needed.
