Front Desk Agent - Full-time / Part-time

The successful candidate should be outgoing and friendly with a gregarious personality and a natural talent for customer service. We want our guests to feel as though they can get anything they might want or need at the drop of the hat, so as the Front Desk Agent, it would be your job to provide that. Duties Include but are not limited to: 

· Communicate with the housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure prompt responses to guests' needs 

· Answer guest calls and record details of each conversation for future follow-up

*Be at least 19 years of age 

· Report any accidents or injuries to senior management staff immediately 

· Make reservations for future guests 

· Food Prep and Clean Up (As shifts require) 

· Cleaning Common Areas 

· Folding and Handling Laundry 

· Basic Accounting (As shifts require) 

Successful Candidates Will need: 

· High Comfort Level with Computer Usage (Microsoft Office, Internet) 

· 1+ years' customer service experience required 

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Mandatory Job Requirements: 

1) Read, write and speak English. 
2) Neat, well-groomed appearance. 
3) Must have a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends. 
4) Good communication skills. 
5) Pleasant personality and people skills. 

Accountability 
Maintains high level of quality, service, and cleanliness. 
Daily accountability for cash drawer, deposits, and guestroom sales. 

Experience or Training Required 

1) High school education.
