Project Coordinator
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to: Speaking to vendors, handling paperwork, interacting with general contractors and project managers, etc.
Hours: M - F 8am - 5pm
The successful candidate should have at least 1-3 years of experience in construction; primarily dealing with high-end residential.
Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong sense of urgency
- Detail oriented
- Ability to inquire and follow-up on material lead-times and orders
- Assist Project Manager in creating monthly payment requisitions
