Business Analyst

Performs a variety of operational tasks for moderately complex securities or cash related transactions or processes that require general knowledge of unit functions and systems. Duties may include: differentiating, processing and reconciling transactions; researching inquires; resolving customer complaints; reviewing time sensitive and/or less complex to moderately complex documents; revising departmental procedures. Coordinates situations that involve other departments. Has moderate customer contact; works under moderate to minimal supervision.

8:00am to 4:30pm-Monday-Friday

College Degree (preferred)

6 months professional Administrative or Data Processing experience

6 months professional Excel, Word & Outlook experience

Experience in the Financial industry is a plus
