Customer Service Representative

• Job Title: Customer Service Agent
• Placement Type: 3 month Contract to Hire
• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: M-F 7am-330pm
• Pay Rate: $11.00 per hour

Job Description:

• Outreach agents will be making outbound calls to doctors offices.
• Tier 1 agents will be calling smaller doctors office to retrieve patient medical records.
• The goal of the call is to have them send the records via email, fax, or set up an appointment for an employee to come retrieve the records.
• Qualifications:

• Customer service experience preferred
• Computer experience preferred
• Call center experience preferred
