Outbound Customer Service Representative - Collections - Full-time / Part-time

13.00 per hour

M-F 12:30pm to 9:00pm

Job Description:

• Make collections calls both outbound and inbound using dialer technology

• Multi-task between multiple applications

• Identify and resolve customer issues for not making monthly payments

• Provide excellent customer service while educating and stressing urgency to continue to make monthly payments

• Total of 50 - 100 outbound calls per day

• Commission is uncapped and the average person makes from 36K-40K per year in collections.

Must Haves:

• 1 year customer service (can be retail/restaurant)
