This is a temporary position.
We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to support and enhance our current data cleansing processes. In this position, you will work primarily on the following:
• Identifying duplicate records using custom UI (ISAC)
• Research and analysis of current Accounts
• Data analysis using MS Excel
Our ideal candidate should have a strong background working with research and analysis. The candidate must also have the ability to interact effectively with business end users, grasp both technical and business needs, demonstrate strong problem solving skills and possess the ability to work in a cross functional environment.
Position is responsible for data duplication resolution while following strict data rules. Must understand the importance and benefits of data quality and have the technical skills necessary to work with computer systems and large sets of data.
Responsibilities:
• Clean account/contact production data by resolving duplication. This includes thorough research and follow-up with users to resolve the data quality issues while adhering to strict data rules.
• Review exceptions (review records that cannot be automatically corrected or consolidated) and performing manual adjustments while keeping thorough documentation
• Follow up in collecting missing data points and validating data through different tools
• Assist in account hierarchy maintenance to ensure all requirements are met
Skills:
• Demonstrated experience manipulating data in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical/reasoning skills
• Self-starter with strong work ethic
• Must possess ability to communicate and interact effectively at both technical and business level
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong desire to improve and grow continuously
• Experience with MS Access/PLSQL queries is a plus
