PLATO'S CLOSET STORE MANAGER
Be a leader in the Resale Industry at the hottest store in the resale business.
Be on the cutting edge of Fashion, selling the hottest Trends, Brands, and Styles.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead, train, and motivate Store Team.
* Sales Goals; Buy Goals; Payroll Goals.
* Floor setting and seasonal layout changes.
* Direct and maintain Store Instagram Program.
* Communicate with Store Owners and Director of Operations.
* Weekly and Monthly Sales/Buys Reports.
* Daily execution of Store Buys, Sales Floor Merchandising Standards, and Store Maintenance.
