HireArt is looking to hire an Events Coordinator to work on-site at our clients Menlo Park campus on a contract basis. As Events Coordinator, youll lead the organization of and logistics for a broad range of events, programs, and activities in support of the Research Operations and Academic Relations (ROAR team).

For this role, we're seeking an Events Coordinator who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful. Youre friendly, positive, and customer-focused, and able to overcome obstacles to get things done, develop innovative ideas to solve problems, and work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize logistics related to events, ongoing programs, and technical talks.
  • Provide top-quality client support for the coordination and seamless delivery of events.
  • Update and maintain the ROAR events calendar and roadmap in conjunction with the Business Operations team.
  • Partner closely with 3rd-party travel partners to manage travel and accommodation for hosted event guests.
  • Process, track, and maintain payment information and relevant reports.
  • Perform administrative duties as required to support ROAR team activities.
