About this job
Ø Inspect parts visually for defects
Ø Trim all parts that need to be trimmed
Ø Keep cell or line assign to him/her clean at all times
Ø Report all problems with the product to technicians or supervisor
Ø If the machine stop working notify technician
Ø Follow all safety procedures and report any safety problems to the supervisor immediately
Ø Perform all other duties as assigned
Ø Never scrap parts that you not sure of keep for supervisor or QC technician to check
Ø Supports the established Quality policy
Ø Fulfills the role as required in the documented quality system manual, directives and work instruction
Ø Measure pipe with caliper and veriners to insure the quality of the pipe meets the QA/QC data specifications.
Ø Fills out t production tickets with the proper information for audit station one. I.e. part number, weight of lift etc.

Requirements
12hr shifts
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. standing/walking 12 hours per day
Ability to read and write English clearly and concisely.
Must have the capability to correctly identify the different materials and product
Ability to drive a forklift to move material and pipe
Must be able to work with minimum direction after being trained
