Assistant Production Manager

The Production Assistant functions as the Senior Production Managers assistant. The Senior Production manager will determine responsibilities within the assigned business based on needs and workload. Typically, the PA will communicate with internal SMM and FPM’s as well as be involved with external communication which may include negotiation and procurement of services through outside suppliers. The primary role is to assist with understanding project requirements, help in negotiating with several suppliers, help formulating a project Profit Analyzer and assisting with communication of approvals. Coordinate an agreed to execution timetable in a flawless fashion with SMM/FPM’s participating brands and if requested with participating retailers. A significant portion of print execution needs will be obtaining required brand art and layout required and clearly communicating expected execution with our Graphic Artist. Approval process must be coordinated and executed without mistakes. This position will also be responsible for invoicing clients and assisting with AR collections. The position may be called on to provide syndicated data post promotion analysis if required by Regional Director.There may also be an occasional need to help with selling efforts. This will depend on skill sets and workloads.
