Collection Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

Our client is seeking a seasoned Collections professional to assist with first party collections. We are requiring at least 2 years of experience successfully collecting payments from customers via phone. Our client is evaluating consolidating the collections function and transitioning a portion of the transactional work performed in their branch locations today to a dedicated collections team which would follow standardized processes and communication consistently to our customers, thus enabling us to collect outstanding balances quicker and we need your help.
