Assist in the implementation of process improvements across the entire logistics value stream. Improvements in the key logistics areas of information flow, material flow, and packaging will be the priority. - Support Information Flow improvement projects including, but not limited to customer and vendor EDI implementation, supplier technical agreements (TLV), departmental records retention, logistics delivery performance reporting (DPR), annual Logistics Assessment, etc - Support packaging improvement projects including, but not limited to returnable packaging programs, internal packaging standards, outbound packaging standards, vendor packaging standards, material cost savings, etc - Assist department management in cost/benefits analysis for various logistics improvement projects
