Supply Chain Coordinator - Full-time / Part-time

Seeking flexible and enthusiastic supply chain coordinator . Ideal candidate will perform the following duties

Liaising with customer account managers to advise on problems or delays;
Ensuring collaborative working between departments in regards to fresh food.
Liaising with Supply Chain manager and suppliers, e.g. to discuss changes to specifications;
Making recommendations for the smooth running of the department.
Backward planning scheduler; end to start process defined and illustrated.
Other general support functions as required from time to time.
Ensuring that all relevant parties are forthcoming with the necessary information/data and understanding the importance of that information flow and maintenance.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the company's services and delivery through circulation of information to all relevant departments.
Manage proper packing and inventory of flight catering menus, ensuring all menus are coded and boarded correctly. Retrieve unused menus in the event of a cancellation or packing discrepancies.
