The Restaurant General Manager has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant and ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability, ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer, and other duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

•	Ability to work minimal 50 hrs/wk; including evenings and weekends.
•	An associate’s degree or equivalent, and at least one (1) year related experience and/or training.
•	Ability to read, write, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  
•	Ability to promote positive team atmosphere; opportunities for growth/development.
•	Must have a valid driver’s license.
