Facilities Technician

The worlds largest search engine has an immediate need for Facilities Technicians.

The Facilities Technician is responsible for handling all non-technical maintenance such as painting, carpentry, spill clean-ups, plumbing, basic electrical (changing lights/ballasts). The facilities technicians will be training and leading the tenant service coordinators. They will be responsible for daily property inspections, prioritizing work orders, handling urgent requests, and handling equipment repairs.
