Electrical Engineer

Electrical Engineer Responsibilities: Establish and maintain company-wide quality standards, procedures Translate contractual quality requirements into program-specific quality plans Produce, review and edit internal and external quality documents Communicate with engineers, technicians, production staff and senior management as necessary to: o Determine appropriate procedures, checkpoints for product production, testing o Monitor, assist with implementation of program-specific activities o Provide informal / formal status reports on progress toward quality objectives Interface with customers, support design reviews and status presentations Develop quality systems and compliance matrices Implement and promote quality programs Requirements: Engineering Degree required, Electrical Engineering experience preferred Five to ten years’ experience in Quality or Test Engineering for electrical products or systems Experience with Department of Defense programs and ISO process controls a plus Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a project team environment U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Status
