We are seeking a dependable Server to become an integral part of our team! We are a private country club looking for individuals who are interested in a competitive hourly pay with opportunity to make additional gratuity, and are willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Full-time hours are available, with potential for full-time benefits after 90 days with management approval.
Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages to members
- Explain to guests about menu items
- Clean and prepare the dining areas
- Reset dining room at the end of dinner service for any events the following day
- Work events such as business meetings, baby showers, golf events, wedding receptions, etc
- Buffet set up and take down
- Greet and make all members feel welcome and have a great dining experience
- Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
