About this job

  • Proactively anticipate Team needs and establishes processes, systems and methods to provide high quality administrative support to increase overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Data entry and maintenance of Kronos and Lawson HR systems, Kronos Super User for both sites along with managing entry of STD/FMLA under CareWorks
  • Perform meeting coordination, preparation and documentation, including scheduling, agendas, and general meeting communications.


    Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding.


    Support requests for OMNOVA foundation along with coordination of payments to organizations.

  • Work directly with temp agencies to screen and vet potential candidates with hiring managers for open positions.
  • Establish and maintain effective record management systems.


    Support administrative duties of maintenance and safety as needed, including order tracking, documentation, and coordination of records



    Support ISO requirements, training coordination and document retention.

  • Generate and maintain highly confidential information.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

  • Requirements

    This job will travel between 3 (days)Monroe, NC and 2 (days)Chester, SC.
    Must have some HR experience along with Administrative.
    Must have Kronos Experience.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    Knowledge of HR laws, regulations and document management
    Experience managing data in systems like Kronos, HRIS, and SAP
    Must possess strong administrative skills, including thorough knowledge of standard office procedures, protocols and systems.
    Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
    Demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently prioritize and manage a high volume of tasks with minimal direction.
    Demonstrated ability to exercise sound independent judgment and proactively identify and resolve needs and issues.
