Accounts Receivable Clerk

A Otay Mesa based company, is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity. The company is looking for a candidate who has good organizational skills, is results driven and has some collections experience. Primary Responsibilities - Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions. - Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions form lock box and local deposits. - Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices. - Investigate and resolve customer queries - Generate and send out invoices - Perform account reconciliations - Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history,
