Full time, Part time and on call positions available
We are currently seeking LVNs to assist us in caring for our residents that have dementia or other neurological diseases.
LVN Charge Nurse Duties Include, but are not limited to the following:
Performing medication passes, wound care, end of life care, emergency response/management, insulin administration/diabetic management, urinary catheter care and initiation and resident behavioral management.
The LVN oversees multiple caregivers and the overall care of about 46 residents during his or her shift.
