About this job
I have a 35-year-old autistic son - he is very sweet. He is non-verbal, but can communicate the very basics. He cannot respond but he understands almost everything going on around him! He is on a gluten/cheese-free diet, which he is used to. He is very active (enjoys walking, hiking, swimming, etc). His caregivers spend time helping him do activities that make him happy, helping him spend time in the community, and working on his long term goals. The typical shift is 8:30 a.m. - 3:30pm, or 3:30 p.m. - 8:30pm, though it can be flexible. Starting pay is $15/hr. Thank you.
