A large utilities company in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Bi-lingual Customer Service Specialist. This position is responsible for handling billing inquiries, service orders, trouble calls both during and outside of normal schedule, and any related matters from customers. Responsibilities will include: - Handle inbound customer inquiries - Assists customers with any questions regarding billing, service and account issues. - Provide energy conservation advice to assist customers with managing their bill. - Promote and offer valuable products and services as well as answers questions related to those products and services. Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
