JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities specific to this role include, but are not limited to:
- Be available to work at least 32 hours per week supporting scheduled and no notice staffing changes.
- Provide a high standard of customer service through professional and courteous interaction with all customers (external/internal), visitors, contractors and management.
- Have open availability to pick up a variety of shifts due to call-offs or openings
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
- Respond quickly to critical situations
- Ability to read and write detailed reports
- Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
- At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- Pass an extensive screening process
