Job Description
Basic Function
The Lead Technician is responsible for performing all cleaning activities at clients’ homes per the quality standards outlined at orientation and training and additionally is capable of performing the Lead responsibilities to substitute for the Team Lead on a regular service route.

Job Duties
In addition to the Technician Job Duties, the Lead Technician is responsible for
- Ensuring prompt arrival to client’s homes, client communication, and accurate paperwork reporting
- Overseeing the technician’s time management, understanding of client specific needs, and company standards
- Completing the Quality Control checklist at each job to certify quality standards
- Ensuring client specific notes are attended to, lights, locks and doors are left secure/ as found, and payment is noted
- Ensuring all company property, including the vehicle, is returned in good condition and any variations are noted in the load in checklist.
- Overseeing and ensuring all policy and safety standards are maintained
- Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and management, and cordially with clients; reporting any questions or issues to the office immediately.

Organization, time management, and reasoning skills
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, written and verbal
Attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to reach, stoop, and kneel continuously
Experience
Must be at least 18 years old
Prior service work experience helpful; customer service
Requirements
Authorized to work in the United States
Must meet valid insurance underwriting requirements
Must pass Technician training and Lead-Tech training
Valid New Jersey Driver’s License
