Job Description

The primary role and responsibility of this position are to assist the Operator and Kitchen/Catering Director in the execution and preparation of deliveries.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a valid state-issued drivers license

Clean driving record/reliable transportation

Reliable communication (I.e. a cell phone)

Previous delivery driver experience is preferred, but not required

21 years or older

Must be punctual and professional

Resilient - able to resolve setbacks

The desire to go the second mile for all catering and delivery guests

Available for a day shift or evening shift Monday - Saturday

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliveries may range from 5-10 miles round trip.

Deliver food to guests; Set up for catering orders

Ensure quality and accuracy of all orders

Attend to customer concerns as they arise on a delivery

Deliver to customers in a safe and timely manner

Energetic team members willing to serve others while working in a fast-paced environment

IDEAL CANDIDATE CHARACTERISTICS:
1. Time Management Skills (able to arrive to restaurant and destination on-time, without question)

2. Interpersonal Communication Skills (able to give the Chick-fil-A experience to all customers, even outside the restaurant)

3. Organized; Task Management Skills (able to balance multiple priorities and execute with excellence)

Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
Must have a personal vehicle.
