Additional Job Requirements

To become a Shift Lead you must possess strong leadership qualities and be capable of running store operations. Additionally, Shift Leads have a proven track record of operational consistency and customer focus.

• 18+ Years of Age
• Weekday and Weekend Availability
• Ability to communicate with team and customers
• Upbeat and Fun Loving

Shift Leads must exemplify all the expectation and job description items listed for crewmembers plus the following responsibilities:

• Running Shifts
• Prep / Identification of Needs
• Training Role
• Cash Control
