Guest Relations Associate - Full-time / Part-time

Store Director, Assistant Store Director, Grocery Manager, Guest Relations Manager

Your role as a leader in the store will be to empower associates and solve problems through critical thinking. Additional requirements are to handle are transactions at the customer service desk. 

Daily Operations 
o	Maintaining exceptional customer service for all clientele 
o	Adhering to “Meet and Greet” policies 
o	Understanding all customer service functions such up cashiering, lottery, Western Union, Rug Doctor, video rental, in store charges, money orders, payroll check cashing, credit card machines, and hunting and fishing license sales
o	Assisting other departments as needed or learning other departments as needed including stocking tobacco areas
o	Evaluating that carry-outs offer and provide quick, efficient carry out service or parcel pick-up service to all customers.
o	Watching the Front End to ensure that all Front-End associates are focusing on the customer.

Company Standards
o	Developing knowledge of, and the ability to assist with, office and bookkeeping functions at store level.
o	Maintaining knowledge and training on all customer service transactions.
o	Complying with all company policies including following dress code and wearing name tag.

Must be able to lift 20 lb. boxes on occasion and / or exert 10 to 20 lbs. of force frequently and / or 
10 to 20 lbs of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products. Must have
dexterous use of both hands. Must be able to stand and move about to various work stations. 
Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull items so that objects move toward areas of use. Must
be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparation of food items and/or
removing product from boxes.
This is medium work requiring good corrected vision, hearing, lifting, carrying, stooping, kneeling,
standing, reaching, pushing, pulling and the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery.
