The Car Sales Assistant Manager is responsible for executing advertising of the store and managing lot display, inventory management and pricing. They are also responsible for daily (individual and team) performance metrics in sales and monitoring actuals-to-plan. They will finalize purchases, trade-ins, sales agreements and contracts. They handle training, managing and motivating a team of Car Sales Representatives, as well as promoting the dealership, its values and its products/services. The Assistant Car Sales Store Manager must have strong closing skills in order to maximize sales.
Qualifications:
Must be 20 years of age or older. A valid driver's license is required. Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong computer skills are a must. Multi-tasking is required. Excellent written and spoken communication. Self-motivated sales professionals with inside or outside sales experience. Previous management experience is preferred. All employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check.
