Creates materials and media that effectively communicate the benefits of the products and services offered through HCMLS including presentations, social media posts, recorded video, and live video conference sessions. Works effectively with minimum supervision. Ability to work in the office or remote, in a "mobile first" posture and travel throughout the service area as needed. Team player, excellent customer service, meets deadlines, fast-paced environment, solution-oriented, in office & remotely. Basic video production hardware/software, mobile devices. General knowledge of real estate industry & transactions preferred. Customer Support/Store Member support and customer service, maintain store products, supplies, scanning forms.
